1. Get customer demands timely and update to team. 2. Coordinate with planner, timely feedback from customer’s requirement. 3. Provide with shipment schedule and forecast. 4. Monitor status of production against committed shipping plan, any emergence put up “SOS” flag to CS supervisor / SCM manager. 5. Execute shipments and monitor the status of payment. 6. Control FG inventory, monitor E&O regularly, and update/review liability report. 7. Complete Sales tracker timely. 8. Filing and maintenance of SAP & E-office documents.
